當時已懷孕的主鸞-游賴女士，順著神明之指點，一路走在雜草叢生的基隆山上，沿途走至「鷹仔石」峭壁上，往下縱身跳到30公尺深的平地，高呼：「此地是我住駕聖址，廟座東朝西要建三殿，中線左右各伸36尺深39尺6寸」，言畢而醒。不僅人平安，胎兒也順利生產。當天有數十位信眾見證了這件事。
