二子坪遊憩區位於陽明山國家公園西側，為大屯主峰與二子山之間的火山凹地。地勢寬廣開闊、物種繁多，有多種蜜源、食草植物；親水生態池有多種水生植物，是蛙類的最佳棲息地，蛙鳴蝶舞成為本區最美妙的影音。

本區設有木棧步道與亭台座椅等設施，適合賞蝶、賞鳥、賞景、踏青等活動。
